With installed jre 6u71 on the system, loading javafx app requires FX runtime version 2.0+ / j2se version 1.6+, the download/ installation flow to kick in but the dialog hanging and never completing

*** Tested Configuration:
- x64 Win 7/ 64-bit IE 9
- 64-bit jre 6u71

*** Steps to produce:
0) Uninstall all JREs and DT's dll from the test system
1) Install 64-bit jre 6u71
2) Use 64-bit IE 9 to load the test avaFX app:

(this fx applet needs FX runtime version 2.0+ / j2se version 1.6+)
3) Click on to install Java
4) The download/ installation flow to kick in to install jre 1.8.0

-- Issue: The download java dialog is stuck there and eventually hangs- never finishing
