        2. Install the test bundle with the option NOSTARTMENU=0
        msiexec /i jre1.9.0-enterprise.msi NOSTARTMENU=0 /qn
        3. Check start menu

        Expected:
        Java start menu is created

        Actual:
        Java start menu is not created
