A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Bug JDK-7130140 to Java 7 is plaguing me when I run JConsole over XWindows. The bug has been identified in Java 7 but fixed in Java 8. Please backport this fix.

This causes a windows with the message MEvent. CASE! when the mouse scroll button is scrolled.

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
