      JDK-8038875 removed the use of ServiceLocate to locate implementations of RenderingEngine. This new bug asks for the same thing to be done for CMMServiceProvider.

      The motive for this request is modules where we want to avoid Java SE modules declaring that they use non-Java SE service provider interfaces. At this time, there are only two remaining to be addressed, CMMServiceProvider is one of them.
