      Changeset for (JDK-8042392) causes the following issues:
      - several dialog boxes to come up when the test JnlpUpdateTest is run, blocking all unit tests from running. (Stuck at 410 tests)
      - ApiDialogTest.testPrintServiceAccessAlways FAILURE
