In JDK9, we plan to use latest J2EE JAXB test repo to run JAXB unit tests with JDK9.

We will
1. Setup sqe Mercurial repo for JAXB test, sync JavaEE GIT repo with Hg-Git Mercurial plugin, that we can keep the history data in sqe repo.
 2. Create template and main shell to run JAXB test in Aurora, the main shell is responsible to run JAXB test with Ant, rename and copy the test result files to aurora result directory.
