Starting 7u40, Java and JDK items are added to the Windows Start Menu so as to provide easy access to the Java resources

During JRE install, "Java" directory is created at Windows Start Menu and the following items are added under "Java":

      1. About Java - opens the About Java windows that always shows the latest JRE version installed on the system.
      2. Check for Updates: opens Java Control Panel with "Update" tab
      3. Configure Java: opens Java Control Panel with "General" tab
      4. Get Help: opens http://java.com/en/download/help/index.xml
      5. Visit Java.com: opens http://java.com/en/

During JDK install, "Java Development Kit" directory is created at Windows Start Menu and the following items are added under "Java Development Kit":

      1. Reference Documentation: opens a Webpage Online API documentation (http://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/)
      2. Java Mission Control: opens Java Mission Control profiling and diagnostics tools suite.

During JRE and/or JDK install and uninstall, the appropriate start menu items are updated such that these items are always associated with the latest JRE and/or JDK version on a system.
