uninstall does not delete files when Jre is installed to non-default directory
tested bundle: http://oklahoma.us.oracle.com/arc/ds_build/1.9.0/nightly/2014-05-25_00-31-16/windows-i586/jre-9-ea-bin-b15-windows-i586-25_may_2014.exe
Win7 64bit

steps to reproduce:
1. install jre to non-default directory (for example c:\Java\jre9)
2. uninstall jre
jre files in c:\Java\jre9 are not deleted

Also the following issue discovered with uninstall registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{26A24AE4-039D-4CA4-87B4-2F83219000F0}
1. "InstallLocation" value is empty
(7u55 key contains valid "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\")
2. "Readme" value contains "[INSTALLDIR]README.txt"
(7u55 key contains "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\README.txt")
