JWS doesn't report -Djnlpx.origFilenameArg on relaunch

      This is a request from DRSTool team.

      We track Java Usage Tracker records for javaws applications. Without relaunch, JUT record contains both application codebase and -Djnlpx.origFilenameArg. These two, when combined together, allow us to get URL of the original JNLP file.

      However, if an application is relaunched with another JRE version, -Djnlpx.origFilenameArg is lost, only JNLP codebase is reported. It looks like a bug.
