      A user reported the following:
      "2 issues:

      Chrome plugin will not activate without admin rights. IE and Mozilla seem fine, but Chrome must be launched "run as admin" to get the plugin
          
      Steps to reproduce this problem: Install Java 1.7.0_60 Try to use Chrome to access the Verify Java web applet page as a normal (non-admin) user Repeat with Firefox and IE"
