Steps to reproduce:
1. Add http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com to exception site list
2. Run app: javaws http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/net/sqenfs-1/export1/comp/jsn/users/crystal/DO_NOT_REMOVE_ME/jrebug/vmargs/jnlp/testvmXss.jnlp
3. An unsigned security warning dialog will show up. Accept it.
4. If app doesn't get loaded and no any error info, then this bug is reproduced.

Expected behavior:
A window with title "SUCCESS" will show up.

Affected tests:
vmargsTest::testvmXssNegative

Note: it works fine on windows
