Need new tests for X509V3 certificates

      Description

        Need new tests related to X509 certificates to:

        - verify certificates from cacerts store
        - read and validate der formatted X509 certificates
        - modify an existing v1 certificate and generate a v3 certificate
        - Generate a V3 certificate with no extensions
        - Generate a V3 certificate with all the supported extensions
