      This task is created to examine the reference to ${java.home}/lib in javax.xml.soap.{MessageFactory, SAAJMetaFactory, SOAPFactory}.

      The normative references to ${java.home}/lib came up during JEP 162 but it was decided at the time not to address it in JDK 8 time frame.
