sun/security/pkcs11/Signature/TestDSAKeyLength.java failing

      sun/security/pkcs11/Signature/TestDSAKeyLength.java test is failing on JDK 8u20 for me. It also fails on JDK 8 GA. I'm not sure why I haven't seen this failure before. Will attach a jtr file. Basically - a keysize of 2048 using the SHA1withDSA Signaure and SunPKCS11 provider is expected to throw an exception.

      I can't reproduce the failure on JDK 9.

      NSS version >= 3.14 required for test to run.
