A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
JRE v1.7_65 is failing to launch our applet. This previously worked on JRE v1.7_60. It appears that URL-encoded spaces are no longer supported (i.e., %20). Therefore, we removed the spaces and we still receive another error when trying to launch the applet; this time it's a java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException exception.

REGRESSION. Last worked in version 7u60
