Tidy warning: trimming empty <p>
Following two tests/files need updates:
test/com/sun/javadoc/DocRootSlash/p1/package.html -
test/com/sun/javadoc/DocRootSlash/overview-summary.html - Error got masked by other errors on the page.
First round of fix for the above error was completed as part ofJDK-8046071.
However, above two files are reporting the same error.
