    Steps to reproduce:
Now bug reproduced only in deployment test suite. There is no stand alone test case.
In fact deploy.jar can be used fine for compile test classes, but failed to load in runtime.
All work fine with previous build 6u85 b06.
Stand alone test case will provided later if it will be requested.
