deploy/make/netbeans/nbproject/project.xml has :
<name>Java Deployment [jdk9]</name>
This is because we used to automatically port all jdk9 changes to jdk8. (and earlier jdk7 update releases too).
Now that we no longer automatically port all changes it would be beter if we had:
<name>Java Deployment [jdk8u]</name>
in JDK8 update repos to make it easier to recognize which project is being used in netbeans
