We have received a substantial number of incidents reporting 7u67 install failure with an error message "Key not valid for use in specified state".

I tried to reproduce this issue on Windows 7 system, without success. However, we have received install log from the user machine who has reported this issue (see attached).
The fallback is that not only JRE failed to get installed on the system. It even removed the previous version from the system, and the end user is left without JRE on their system.
Note: Most of the users have tried to update their JRE, when they encountered this error.

From the log, it seems that installer stopped while processing components.
