Move jaccess-examples into jdk\src\sample

When the Java Access Bridge and Java Accessibility Utilities were moved into 7u6 an oversight was not moving the utility samples into the sample directory.

The current samples are located here:
http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jaccess/1.3/jaccess-1_3.zip

The contents should be trimmed down to

jaccess/
  examples // *.java and make files for the examples
  jaccess-examples.jar // contains the class files for the examples
  README.txt // how to setup and run the examples

Note: In JDK8 the sample tree is jdk\src\share\sample
