Using a simple test case where an applet creates a new window on init and the window is put to front. When using IE 9/10 with JRE 1.7, the window stays in the front when the applet is loaded in the browser for the first time. But reloading the page by "selecting/clicking on the url and pressing enter" the applet causes the window to appear and after few seconds lose focus and disappear behind the browser window. Please note the same behavior may not occur if Refresh button is clicked or F5 is pressed. This behavior is not
observed when done in other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.
