The Type-Annotations JEP does not have JavaDoc as a dependency however they do have
javax.lang.model as a dependency, therefore when the conversion is complete we have to
ensure that the existing Type Annotations test works ie. un-ignore the ones that are ignored
and bolster the existing tests if they are found to be inadequate.
