Add support for CLASSPATH in SetupJavaCompiler/Compilation

Getting the classpath correct when setting up a Java compilation is tricky, and it often gets incorrect.

Since this is a common scenario, we should support it by a CLASSPATH argument that takes a whitespace-separated list of classpaths and correctly turns this into a java argument.
