Please put the two attached files in one directory, CharTest.java and Linux_zh_CN.UTF-8.GBK.lst.

Steps to reproduce:
1, Log into RHEL 6 x86_32 machine from VNC
2, Manually change system language to "Simplified Chinese" from control center GUI.
3, Compile CharTest.java
4, Run CharTest.java, in the new Window, several characters cannot be displayed correctly but shown as blank blocks.
