The Project Jigsaw milestone that is the modular image is currently being staged in the jigsaw/m2 forest.

The original plan for CDS was to disable it in this milestone. This issue is submitted to track doing this. The alternative is of course to get CDS working with the module image.

Until this is done, then running -Xshare:dump will hit a ShouldNotReachHere like this example on Solaris
