Bootcycle build not actually using built image

      Description

        Since JDK-8033119 bootcycle-images are mostly built using the original bootjdk. This is caused by changing the definitions of the variables JAVA, JAVAC, JAR, JAVAH and NATIVE2ASCII so that bootcycle-spec.gmk no longer succeeds in overriding them by just overriding the variable BOOT_JDK.
