rewrite compiler shell tests to java ones

      compiler shell tests should be reviewed and rewritten to java if it makes sense.
      a good example of a test to rewrite test/compiler/7070134/Stemmer.java :
      Test7070134.sh doesn't nothing, but copy file, compile java-file and execute it.
