      Description

        Our Joni code base has diverged quite a bit from the open source already, due to e.g. bug fixes. Joni is very sloppily written, basically C written as Java and we have over 1000 warnings when I run with my default Nashorn settings. We should clean these up, add the appropriate JavaDocs where they are missing, etc.
