Update JDK 9 build documents with new platforms and compilers

      Here is what we are using at Oracle to build JDK 9:

      Linux: OL 6.4 and gcc 4.8.2
      Solaris: 11.1 SRU 19 and Oracle Solaris Studio 12.3
      Mac OS: (still TBD but coming soon): 10.9 (Mavericks) and Xcode 5.1.1
      Windows: (still TBD but coming soon): Windows server 2012R2 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2013
