Update java/security/Security/ClassLoaderDeadlock/Deadlock2.sh with the removal of -Djava.ext.dirs

      The extension mechanism is proposed to be removed in JDK 9 (JDK-8061971). java.ext.dirs system property will be removed. VM will abort if -Djava.ext.dirs is set or ${java.home}/lib/ext exists.

      The test java/security/Security/ClassLoaderDeadlock/Deadlock2.sh needs to be examined and updated.
