RULE javax/swing/JTabbedPane/4624207/bug4624207.java Exception java.lang.RuntimeException: JTabbedPane mnemonics don't work from outside the tabbed pane

Tested with jdk9 client PIT targeted perhaps to b41 or such. I changed the test for JDK-8063107 but it fails just the same before and after my change.
Looks like indeed, this mnemonic doesn't work on OS X.
