In the jtreg groups for hotspot, the testlibrary_tests are included in the compact1_minimal, which is kind of strange. They are intended for testing the functionality in testlibrary and should not be used to testing the product - there is no value here. Rather there may be some bad surprises when functionality is added to the test library using functionality not available in the compact1 profile.
