Install JRE 8u40 b14 on win7

Open Java Control Panel and click "Network Setting" button in General tab.

In the "Network Setting" dialog, when clicking tab key, the focus will jump to OK and Cancel button. Selection like "Use Proxy Server" cannot be accessed by pressing tab key.
