Re-examine com.sun.nio.file to see if it should be a supported API

      We need to decide if com.sun.nio.file is a supported API or not. It was missed in the original CCC for the new file system API and is not currently exported by the java.base module.

      If it is a supported API then it will need to be moved out of the base module.
