Move demo, sample, and man content into source modules

Details

    Description

      The modular source-code structure established in JEP 201 did not define
      how to place demo code, sample code, and man pages into source modules.
      As a result we still have free-standing demo, sample, and OS-specific
      man-page directories in the jdk and langtools repos.

      Amend JEP 201 to define source locations for these types of files, and
      update the build to copy these files from those locations.
