Copy JDF workspace,install test jre,and run this case
Steps to reproduce:
1.Make sure that date/time on testhost is set correctly
2.Make sure that testhost has been connected to Oracle network
3.Open JCP->Advanced->"Check for certificate revocation using": Check "Both CRLs and OCSP"
4.Launch singed application whose jar is singed with a revoked cert containing both ocsp and crl info: javaws http://localhost:8080/JawsOcspAndCrlCheckManual/jnlp/testOCSPAndCRLRevokedCertJNLP.jnlp
5.If a web start splash screen is displayed before the revoked dialog shows up, then test passed.

The actual result:
Step 5:The revoked dialog can't be shown up and but another security dialog will be shown.
