Suppress deprecation warnings in jdk libraries

      As part of the overall warnings cleanup efforts, the deprecation warnings in the jdk repo should be resolved.JDK-8042878.

      The general approach will be to suppress the deprecation warnings and file follow-up bugs to remove or rewrite the deprecated code, if possible.
