      ADDITIONAL OS VERSION INFORMATION :
      Microsoft Windows [Version 6.4.9841]

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Java fails to install on Windows 10 Technical Preview, if user's name and path to user's main directory (C:\Users\User-name) contains cyrillic (or not-latin?) characters, but it's not say about it. I changed path to my directory and Java installed successfully.
