New tests will be required for setting initial size for Metaspace.
Tests should:
- check setting of illegal values
- check setting of values conflicting with other Metaspace options (MaxMetaspaceSize and MetaspaceSize)
- check that committed amount of metaspace is setting correctly - according to the passed value
- check that loading classes causes grows of the metaspace according to max/min metaspace ratios
