Automatic deletion of old JNLP files from the download folder - Java Web Start

XMLWordPrintable

In the case when we are dealing with I have numerous usages of a small live-charting applet. Each visit to an instance of this applet causes one to go through this clumsy process *and* produces a new JNLP file in the browser download folder. Nothing cleans up these JNLP files -- so the user ends up with a veritable swarm of JNLP files in the downloads folder.
