1. INSTALL_DIR is not supported. It should be INSTALLDIR
2. "NOSTARTMENU" is currently supported by JRE offline installer, not only msi
3. "After installing the JRE with a configuration file, the installer saves the file in the one of the following locations in your computer" - this is not exactly true.
Only subset of the options is saved to the runtime configuration file. INSTALLDIR is not saved, for example.
