      This task tracks the support for an extended meta data This requires designing one or more new class file attributes to store the meta data that has been proposed. We will need tool support to add the attribute(s) to an existing module-info.class, there will need to be updates to the tooling that creates jmod files, there will also need to be support for generating hashes. The resolver will also need to be updated to check the hash on dependences.

      This task is for tracking purposes only now, we will create specific sub-tasks as they are needed.
