A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Online and offline installer fails without any message.
If I extract the jre1.8.0_31.msi package, installation ends with message:
"there is a problem with windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personel or package vendor".
I have this problems only with jre32, and not only with the last version.

Simply try to installa jre32 on a windows 7 64bit environment.

Installation fails.
