[CCJK] Extra mnemonic key displayed in button labels during JRE installation on windows

      In Asian locales on windows, during JRE installation, in the dialogs of removing previously installed in-secure JRE. The mnemonic key (X) in the button labels are extra.

      There is no such short cut key.

      The problem does not happen in EU locales.

      In 8u20, 8u25 and 8u31, this problem does not appear. So, it's kind of regression that starts to happen in 8u40. It also happens in 8u45.
