To make sure doclint warnings don't creep back into the build, the doclint warnings should be enabled during the javac build of the modules in the jdk repo where doclint warnings have been cleared. Enabling these warnings requires the ability to selectively enabled / disable the warnings by package (~~JDK-8071851~~).
