Steps to reproduce:
1.Add http://localhost:8080/ to the Exception Site List in Java Control Panel->Security
2.clear deployment cache by executing javaws -uninstall
3.Switch on trace in JCP
4.Launch the applicaton javaws http://localhost:8080/Preloader/html/HelloPreloaderProgress.jnlp
5.click "Run" to accept. (NOTE: This is NOT a cert dialog)
6.A progress bar should show
7.when app is launched. Click "notify preloader" button
The actual result:
At step 6:It's failed to launch the application after clicking "Run".Please refer to attachment.png.
