Eager reclaim non-objArray humongous objects with references

      JDK-8027959 introduced early reclaim, that has been extended to various kinds of humongous objects in different CRs.

      All but non-objArray humongous objects are handled in those CRs. We might want to add functionality to add support for these. They might be generated in some cases of automatic code generation.

      Basically early reclaim should work similar to objArray humongous objects, see JDK-8048180 .
