A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
0) JRE 7 update 55 is installed on Mac(OS X Lion 10.7.5)
1) Install Java ws app
2) Close app
4) Upgrade JRE from 55 to 60 version.
5) Try to start the app using desktop shortcut.

Actual result: Impossible to execute the 5 step from the above scenario because the desktop shortcuts is absent.

Expected that the desktop shortcut "Five9 Open CTI Adapter for SalesForce" will presented on desktop.

Note: the bug also reproduced with 1.8.0-25 Java version on MAC OS X 10.8.5 with following scenario:
0) JRE 1.7 latest is installed on Mac(OS X 10.8.5)
1) Install Java ws app (jnlp)
2) Stop the app
3) Upgrade JRE to 1.8.0-25 version for Mac(OS X 10.8.5)
4) Try to start the app using desktop shortcut.

Shortcut is absent
