Steps to reproduce:
1. Install test bundle jdk7u75b13 from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/7u75/promoted/all/b13/bundles/linux-x64/jdk-7u75-linux-x64.tar.gz to /home/egtc/workspace/jck
2. Download the JCK-runtime-7_b59.jar from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jck/7/promoted/fcs/b59/bundles/ to /home/egtc/workspace/jck and use /home/egtc/workspace/jck/jdk1.7.0_75/bin/java -jar JCK-runtime-7_b59.jar to unzip it
3.Run the following command:

Descriptions:
This test verifies the behavior of the system tray,Please press the "Add tray icon" button below.If the system tray is available, please verify that a blue ball icon,with a "System Tray Test" tooltip is added to the system tray.If the system tray is missing, please verify that the 'Status' textfield shown below displays text that indicates an AWTException was thrown.

Actual behavior:
There is no tooltip while moving the mouse on the tray icon.refer to TrayIcon.jpg.
