SPSC001-002: Every Secondary Offer can be accepted.
Proving opt in works and reports correctly
(1) Check preconditions
(a) VERIFY There are no JRE's installed.
(b) VERIFY No Sponsors are installed but the are allowed (no blocking)
(2) Start JRE Installation with IFTW JRE installer and use options to only offer APN and its offers.(Cmd="-offerid A_MC_ORJ")
(3) On the sponsor offer dialog, decline ASK
(4) Navigate on to the secondary offer.
(5) Accept the offer.
The actually results:at step (5),there's no secondary offer dialog shown up when installing the JRE.
